The Art of Convening TeleTraining Series The AoC is a core Heartland program (Heartland CEO is Patricia Neal): a 6-month TeleTraining for up to 10 people focusing on how the Principles of Convening and Essential Conversation can revolutionize how you facilitate and lead meetings and gatherings. It will take you more deeply into the experience of listening with your heart and having authentic conversations. Guided by Craig Neal and his 30 years of experience, we use readings, journaling, case studies, and various individual and group practices to bring your gifts and experiences more fully alive as a convener.
